Biography
Paul previously served 21 years in the Irish Naval Service as a Seaman and Naval Diver serving in various roles ashore and at sea before retiring at the rank of Petty Officer. Paul is a member of the HALPIN Maritime Operations team. He recently qualified as a PMP® Paul joined HALPIN in 2013 and has contributed to a number of HALPIN projects including as project manager on European Space Agency and INTERREG Europe funded projects. Paul has a particular interest in Arctic maritime matters.
